"It was adequate, but not a great value."

The whirlpool was excellent, and it had both indoor and outdoor sections. The room was spacious, and the shower was very nice.

Breakfast was typical. Not much variety and bland. The pool was literally the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel. There was a dog in the next room that whined constantly from 8PM til 11PM

"Convinient, very nice hotel and good value"

Great value: clean, modern, good breakfast at a very reasonable price. It was optimal location for us. Very close to Kalahari waterpark (12 mins); 25 mins away from Cascade.

We had 2 queens room with sofa bed. Sofa bed was not comfortable.

"Brand new hotel, very clean, good breakfast"

Brand new, very clean, nice breakfast. I loved the pool and hot tub that goes outside. Very nice and professional personel. Plenty of parking. Convenient location.

Everything was perfect. Only thing that stood out was the ac/heating unit run all night long making the room little noisy. Otherwise great location. Very clean and nice property.

Room was very clean! . I did request anything other than the 1st floor and that was accommodated. Bed was comfy.

"The housekeeping issue is something that would make me not return to the establishment"

Breakfast was good. Nice variety. Hotel was very clean and quiet.

housekeeping was HORRIBLE. I understand the hotel is trying to save money by limiting housekeeping, but it’s completely unacceptable to have overflowing garbage run out of shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper tissues, and have a mound of dirty towels sitting around for three days. At a hotel I shouldn’t have to take out my own garbage and laundry. Beds are worn out, i sank into a hole every night
