Brand new clean nice indoor/outdoor hot tub

Just wish it had an onsite bar

Great alternative to camping for Devil’s Lake visits. They even have a shuttle to and from the park. Terrific fitness center as well. Didn’t visit the pool, but I imagine that it, too, is nice.

It is loud there—and I was there in November. The months of summer into autumn have to be crazy. The parking lot of the neighboring restaurant got a little noisy later at night as well.

Clean, new, good breakfast and hard working breakfast staff

Purposely choose this hotel for the indoor/outdoor hot tub that we wanted to enjoy after a long day of exploring. It ends up to be a cold tub, not a hot tub! Walk down to the reception desk to inquire. The heater is broken, service coming the next day(Tuesday). Staff person (girl), could not have cared less. No apology just “oh well” kind of attitude/response. No sign posted on pool door. The next morning at breakfast, juice machine is broken. Jugs of milk in frig…. how about a couple of containers of juice in frig instead for your guests that can’t have dairy? Stores right down the road…

Very clean. Nice staff. Only complaint is the pool is very cold.

The hallways werw dirty, our room was not carefully cleaned. The room was hot, the whole night we were sweating, AC was locked at 68°, the whole night my wife and sweat. The guests above us were noisy and we could hear their footsteps until almost 11pm. The concierge who we met upon checking in was probably not happy in his job (not a face for customer service at ALL). We will never go back to that Hotel if come come to Barraboo.
