Excellent

Very clean rooms,friendly staff.

We arrived late at night, they welcomed us outside in the cold. The heat kept shutting down, the room was cold. The door is hard to lock.

My stay at the hotel was great. Anita at the front desk, is a great asset to the hotel. She noticed that I did not book for one night (by mistake) and immediately contacted me.

I don't know the lady name but I would guess she is the owner or manager but she allowed me to check in early and I appreciate that. They also have a older guy that works there and he is so sweet. Only issue I had was I asked one of the house keeping ladies to grab my trash because I was there 3 days and they didn't even offer to get the trash. She told me that I needed to take my own trash. When I spoke with the lady at the first desk on check out. She informed me that she wasn't suppose to tell me that, they actually was suppose to remove the trash when I asked.. They do have another lady that has a little attitude but Idk.. The manager or the owner that be in there is so friendly and sweet, compared to her staff..
