Sugar Creek Inn & Suites

Treated very rudely at check in. Elevator out of order and no first floor room. I have bad knees and have been told not to do stairs by my doctor yet when I told the front desk this she was very dismissive and uninterested in a solution.

It’s not really quiet but I understand that it’s a hotel.

Been coming here for over 7 years and I have never had a problem with anything. The staff has always been great and very accommodating with myself and my Service Dog.

Rooms were good. Vouchers for the Casino were a bonus. Overall a good stay.

Great stay - exactly what I need in the middle of a long drive.

Good place to lay your head. It’s definitely an older hotel and things are worn but it’s very clean and the beds are comfortable. We had to ask for room service. Definitely will be back!

A very quiet place to get rest. You could hardly hear the I 40 traffic. Nice room and very clean.

Very friendly front desk staff (K Davis), with an easy check in process. The room was a bit small, but comfortable with blackout blinds, and the ac worked well. The bed was firm but comfortable. It was behind the loves truck stop and there was plenty of well lit parking. The elevator was down during my visit, but getting to the room on the second floor for me wasn't too bad. I got a check in certificate for 10 dollars meal voucher, and 10 dollars free play at the casino as well. Over all very good experience.

wish it was a little cleaner. the front desk personnel were exceptionally nice and accommodating. plenty of parking. just the cleanliness and no housekeeping for a 3 night stay. no toilet seat cover lost a nice perfume to the toilet. i would stay here for one night and get through it but a long term stay i wouldn’t
