Cerca de Restaurante y Tiendas, Personal muy atento y servicial, piscina limpia y muy profunda, restaurante mexicano justo en la otra puerta del hotel, Lavandería para huéspedes, estacionamiento hasta para 2 vehículos, Golf Virtual para toda la familia en el Lobby

Cortina de baño amarilla y con mal olor, sábana decorativa y cobija manchados. Pero llame y en 5 min me llevaron cortina de baño, juegos de sábanas limpios y sin manchas, No tienen desayuno

"Meh....the staff were amazing, but hotel a letdown"

I found the Hotels.com description of a hotel built in the 1970s and it notes that was "renovated in 2023" to be inaccurate. I was told that the furniture in the room was renovated in 2023, but the bathroom was still as it was. I presume it was done in the 2000s, but who knows. The staff was very helpful. The Mexican restaurant attached was hit or miss (for me). It served the purpose as I was going to the Corning Museum of Glass was amazing. Do sign up before you go to do a glass project. It's very fun and makes you feel accomplished!

Bed quality, dirty hallways, room didn't appear to have been cleaned (items from previous guests were left, fluid apart obvious on curtains and phones), hotel smelt like food and smoke.

Restaurant was good. Pool was nice and the price was ok.

Room had a noticeable odor and the AC unit was unable to keep the room cold.

in good maintenance,room clean,front desk Doug was a delight to work with....Onsite restaurant looked good(we waited 15minute too late!! Nearby applebees sufficed and offered 10% discount for Red Roof) Pool comfortable. Self service ice would have been nice; front desk was quick to supply.
