The staff was amazing and very friendly. Me and my friend really appreciate the great customer service.

To pay over $500 for a hotel, it would be nice to have a decent bathroom. The water was barely coming out of the shower head, the temperature was not great, and this probably sounds trivial but there are zero hooks in the room to hang your towels if you plan to reuse them.

Easy to find. Great access to highway and other stores. Employees were AMAZING! The lady at the desk gave us some food menus for restaurants that delivered to their hotel. Everything was clean and neat. Would definitely stay again!

I made what I thought was a same day reservation in error as the site changed the date to the next day on me. I noticed the error in less than 1 minute of making it and cancelled it immediately and requested a refund. It took 3 days to hear back that there cancelation was less than 48 hours and woyld not be refunded. OMG.... of course not... it was being booked for same day! I still have not heard back from them since my response to them and I will now contest the charge on my credit card. This is dishonest and robbery! I will never do business with an establishment of such low integrity .
