Black mold dirty ashtrays dirty towels dirty bed no hot water no breakfast due to no electricity but nothing else was offered not even coffee I would never recommend this place to my dog I'm a traveling nurse from 35 years I'm retired veteran and was treated like a piece of poop was told that I could not check in early but through booking was said I could had to leave they called me back I should have kept going I'm surprised I didn't get bit up by the bed bugs felt so unsafe Uber driver stayed in his car overnight scary place

It smelled like a really old hotel. Hairdryer does not work. Towels is clean but with some yellow color. Soap quality is bad. But the price makes sense...

Could only do 1 night of 4 we had booked. So dirty and disgusting. We were sitting on the bed the 2nd day watching tv and a roach ran up and across the comforter. When I went to the desk, she said she knew bc a family was there a months stay prior and were dirty. Offered to move us to another room bug at that point said no way. She said she’d refund us when Expedia contacted them. Now they won’t answer communication attempts from Expedia for the refund. Worst hotel experience ever. Now they are trying to keep 3 nights of stay we weren’t there from us. Do not stay here at all costs!!!!!

Unfortunately when we drove up we noticed the hotel was in disrepair, the photos on hotels.com did not indicate this. The room was not acceptable, we spent a few minutes in the room discussing how we didn't even want to remove our shoes. The window was cracked and cloudy. Below the window the wall had mold and streak marks from water running down the wall with more mold at the bottom. The chair in the room was not usable the cushion was all puffed up I'm not sure from what. We decided to leave and drive to another hotel 30 minutes away. On our way down the stairs (no elevator) the stairs were giving way under our feet (spongy texture), we were concerned for our safety. When we left, the hotel clerk said to contact Expedia for a refund. When hotels.com was contacted they did not have the correct phone number for the hotel. A few days later we were informed by hotels.com that the hotel would not approve a refund and there was nothing more they could do. We had paid a premium for the the hotel $240CAD because of the car show in town. They really take advantage of people at this hotel!!! We felt sorry for those that needed to remain in Carlisle and didn't have an option to leave.

I did not even stay. As soon as i walked in the room and turned the light on cockroaches scattered everywhere. There were even dead ones on the floor. It was filthy there. BOOK ANYWHERE ELSE.

It was bad i booked last year for a big event for this year I requested down stairs rooms i pre checked in and my reservation said Room 116 when we arrived we got room 267 wich is upstairs after some debate we were told that we can have a refund well obviously there were no other hotels available the day of the event or very expensive I attached pictures of room 267 u csn decide if u wanna stay here We are not staying here again

It was horrible. So bad that we left and found another hotel. Didn’t check in.
