They said they were full they didn't have any rooms

They didn't have any rooms and they were rude

Nothing

It was a nasty place to sleep in

The remodeling was excellent and great value.

The room smelled horrible! I constantly sprayed lysol and it didn’t help.

First room i was given smelled like cigarettes and mold. Asked politely to be given another room (i got there right at check in time and told him i could wait for another cleaner room if available). I was told that if i wanted another room it would be $20 extra. I told him no and asked politely again to change room. After 10 minutes he complained and gave me a different room that wasnt bad. The property is very sketchy, but i expected that. The room i finally settled into was an average bad motel room, but the experience of being yelled at for asking for a room that didnt smell like cigarettes was below expectations even for a bad motel.

It was okay for how much I paid.
