Sea Chest Motel

My best friend and I came down for a long weekend with my 2 kids, a toddler and a 2 month old. The Sea Chest was legit perfect for us! Super clean, family orientated, a block from the beach, affordable, and in a quiet area of the crest. The pool was also perfectly gated, if you have small kids, you know. We met John and his son David who were both wonderful! The room had a small kitchen with a sink which was perfect for washing bottles. We couldn’t figure out how the futon worked so we called the front desk, David came over within 5 seconds and showed us and checked in on us to make sure we were okay, that the kids were good, and if we needed anything. We had fresh towels every day. We honestly can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Your typical wildwood nostalgic motel with a big flat screen tv. The owner is very nice and the room, and property as a whole, was VERY clean. Been coming to ww my whole life and I was impressed. The pool is great with plenty of outside seating….chairs, loungers, tables and umbrellas.

Really happy we picked Sea Chest for our beach trip. The place has a chill, friendly vibe that made it feel easy right from check-in. Everything was clean, and the kids liked how close we were to the beach and the bike path. Not fancy, but super comfortable and family-friendly.

Sea Chest Motel had everything we needed for a relaxed getaway. The staff clearly care about the place, and it shows. The pool was clean, and it’s just a short walk to the beach. Our room was just right—clean, comfortable, and simple. It’s a solid choice if you want a chill, classic beach experience.

Loved our stay at the Sea Chest! The owners clearly take pride in the property. Super clean, friendly staff, and very family-oriented. We stayed in a room with a kitchenette which was perfect for quick meals. It’s quiet at night and just a short walk to the beach. Already looking forward to coming back next year.

Our stay here was amazing. The owners take good care of the property. The rooms are super clean, but the crystal clear pool was the star for my kids. They loved every minute of the motel and that makes my wife and I so happy. Take your kids here and you won’t regret it. A++

It was simple, clean,and just what was necessary for a 2 night stay

Our room was filthy the beds were covered in mold and my my 2 and 6 year olds sick and when brought to the owners attention he offered to change the sheets he then agreed to a refund to my face then refused through booking.com he refused to give a receipt for our early check out (I guess I know why now) the pool is ice cold it’s probably the only non heated pool in wildwood the rooms are in dire need of upgrades and to top it all off they offer NO MAID SERVICE. I was also threatened with an upcharge for more people because my brother met me by our car to go to the beach please please please do your due diligence and take it from me stay at any other hotel/motel I have been going to Wildwood for over 30 years and this is the only time my vacation has been cut short. This man is a crook and he just lingers around the property looking for reasons to try and charge you extra fees.

While this motel is a throwback to generations past in Wildwood, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the owner who works the front desk was so pleasant. Short walk to the beach and jitney as well. I would absolutely stay here again.
