WoodSpring Suites Libertyville - Chicago

I stayed there for an additional week totaling 5 weeks and they refused to give back my taxes

No kitchen equipment

No shower curtain and no shampoo

Most things were great!

I got off work from the hospital early after work in 24 hours I checked in and I was told I couldn’t check in because it was too soon and I had to wait until 3 o’clock and I arrived at 1 o’clock. I specified this when I booked the reservations that I will be arriving between 12 and one. The young lady that checked and had a very nasty attitude and she had her boyfriend there, chitchatting and laughing while at the front Desk.

I was trying to be closer to the base and the representative lies to me about the location way off from my destination

I liked the location

I didn't like for the cost of my stay that everything is an extra charge for example, tissue, towels, soap, iron and the hours the front is open could be longer etc .. the trains coming multiple times through out night wakes me up and the 2nd and 3rd floor even the elevator had not good odor.

I found this is a new building/location The staff was friendly and helpful Llobby & hallways kept clean/Room was clean Linnen crisp/ good shower pressure/easy ADA elevator access 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ -Thank yous

The location was decent.

My reservation was cancelled due to not having anymore rooms that matched the reservation. The first room I was in, had a roach infestation. I called the front desk and the gentleman switched our room. We get to the next room, and it hadn't even been cleaned. There was dried vomit on a pillow, makeup on another, the bedding hadn't been changed, and there were crumbs, and dried puke everywhere. I went back down to the front desk and told him about the situation and even showed him pictures. He went to the back and gave me some sheets to change them myself. I went back to the room and tried to gather myself. I felt very gross and disregarded. When I decided to cut my stay short, I went to tell him and all he said was "So you aren't staying tomorrow? Ok" and then proceeded to tell the person on the phone that "She just said she won't be staying tomorrow. So that solves that problem." Not once did he offer an apology, or to get the room cleaned up. I am pretty understanding and patient, but this was not acceptable.
