"Clean, new hotel with flawed handicapped showers."

Parents stayed in the accessible suite. Handicapped-accessible shower leaked into the hallway, causing a slippery floor / safety concern. Hotel was nice, but we'll avoid those rooms in the future.

The rooms are lovely and beds are comfortable. It was overall quiet. I wish that the back patio was more accessible and had flowers around it. Otherwise it was awesome in every way.

Everything was convenient to downtown Vancouver, dining and very walkable area. The hotel itself needs to be upgraded, very old, but was very clean and the staff made sure to keep things clean and we’re very nice.
