Management should make sure that there is enough maintenance support during the times when people return to the hotel. Hospitality is not a 9-5 job and things sometimes need fixing. The women’s bathroom in the lobby did not have running water.
USI liked that it was very clean and quiet. The location was also great, and the price-quality ratio was good.
The only thing I didn’t like was that someone knocked very loudly on my room door at 5 a.m. I’m not sure if it was a mistake or room service, but it startled me for a moment.

USWe have stayed at the hotel in the past. The location is the reason we have chosen this hotel. It’s close to our family and the beach.
We had 2 rooms. We got there at 3 and waited 1.5 hours in the lobby with a one year old for one of our rooms to be ready. We had to wait longer for the 2nd room to be ready.
