The air-conditioning unit was very loud and inconsistent. Also the hotel does sit right off the freeway, so you do get a lot of road noise.
USThe property was clean and properly staffed. We arrived in town a little earlier than check-in (3pm) yet Christa was able to get us into our room which we greatly appreciated. She was just as helpful, friendly, and courteous in person as she was on the phone. Our room was comfortable and clean. The hot breakfast was standard for Hampton Inn (standard items offered, good food quality). We had a nice stay and I would certainly book there again in the future.

ITA relatively new hotel in an excellent location. The room was clean and adequately spacious, with a large and comfortable bathroom. The included breakfast was more than satisfactory, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also made use of the on-site laundry facilities (for a fee), purchasing the detergent directly at the front desk, which was very convenient. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money and is highly recommended for families.

2nd floor above pool but right next to highway. I think the pool water vibrated from the traffic even off season. The traffic at times very noisy not sure why hotel was ever built there except easy trip on off expressway and downtown. Recommend try room on front of building
ECThe staff was amazing!!! The pillows were perfect, I always have trouble with the pillows in hotels, these were great and the room was flawless. Great experience!
How much plastic was used during breakfast. Plastic cups, plastic utensiles, too much disposable things. This is not good for our future or the environment.
