"Nice location, unfriendly staff, poor sleep."

The location is good, lots to do in the area! There is a family friendly park within walking distance and plenty of food options nearby.

The staff seemed to be annoyed at our arrival, not friendly. Went to ask for a toothbrush later that night and another similarly poor experience with the staff. The beds are very firm, none of of slept well, might have been the worst 3-night stretch of poor sleep I have ever had.

Not much. Bedding was so so. I liked it was close to a venue. Didn’t care for attitude, demeanor of front desk attendant when asking for a few minutes early check in on way to a wedding. 😑

Requested a 15-20 minute early check-in for wedding. We had traveled out of state. Told no rooms were ready. Really? But in 15 minutes rooms would be ready? Such BS. Felt like the faucet would be pulled from wall in order to fully engage shower valve. Bedding was so so. No front parking. Mediocre margarita.

Nothing

Check in lobby is on the 4 th floor which is very inconvenient. The elevator wasn't working to get there. Staff wasn't courteous nor friendly. Bathroom shower curtain is too high, it doesn't protect water to leak out
