No one is ever at the front desk. They don’t answer the phone unless you keep calling and when they do finally answer they are incredibly rude for no reason. Like I did something that personally offended them or interrupted them while they were scrolling through their phone.

It was nice, rooms were made up while we were out.

No hangers for clothes, no iron or ironing board. I love my breakfast but it wasn't offered. Although the place does seem new so maybe they haven't gotten around to it.
