Very clean, amazing staff

Nothing. Worst place I ever stayed.

Suffocating smell of cleaning product. At check in they told me I could leave my luggage at their store until my flight time, but in the morning they said they couldn't anymore. Also I forgot my prescription glasses and sent message yesterday, trying to recover it but they never replied.

I liked the price. I asked for a non-smoking room. The first room we got had the smell of smoke and not the legal kind. I complained and the clerk changed our room easy enough. Shower was adequate pressure and hot. Room had a modern feel to it. A/C worked very well.

Breakfast was a let down. There were some small muffins put out in a plexiglass case. I went to prepare coffee, there were no stirrers to stir the coffee. The lids were the wrong size for the Styrofoam cups. trying to take coffee up to my wife the way she likes it was more difficult then it needed to be. You need stirrers to stir cream and sugar in. The wrong size lids or the wrong size cups make taking the coffee anywhere a mess. May seem like a small thing but it was the last thing I saw concerning the hotel.. In the hotel room, the blind wasn't functioning properly. Had to hold the blind while pulling the chain so that it wouldn't get stuck.

No coffee or breakfast. Could not understand remote control

This was a prime location for the Galleria area. The staff was very pleasant & friendly.

I love the vibe, the bed is very comfortable. Looks just like the pictures. I'd book again!

The floor was super dirty and the room smelled too much as new construction. Breakfast is offered but there was just coffee and wafles
