"Anniversary celebration "

The hotel is beautiful! It’s in an excellent location for walking to Lambeau Field and the Badger State brewery. We enjoyed 2 meals at the Heritage restaurant. The food was delicious and both waitresses were wonderful. We also had a drink at the Cardinal Crest. This was the only disappointment. The bartender was aloof, dismissive and made an awful margarita.

"Great hotel. Amazing staff, but…"

Overall a great hotel with an amazing staff but there’s a few things that should be addressed to make it even better. One is the water pressure in the shower. The worst I have ever experienced in any hotel and I travel for a living. The second one is the light that automatically comes on when walking into the bathroom. No one needs or wants to be blinded in the middle of the night by this light. Plus the wall mounted night light is enough to light the entire room making closing the bathroom door at night a must. Plus the under bed lighting is over the top for no reason. Again I really liked this hotel even with its dated “gold” decor/trim everywhere and tired light fixtures. Annoying chimes in the elevator and why on earth do they need two grand pianos on the first floor. Lol. It’s like this hotel has an identity crises. I’m not sure what it’s trying to be.
