The place was nice, friendly, fairly clean, old rustic look, reasonable on price, swimming pool which was clean. Stayed 3 nights.
This is a great location to stay at when going to the Silver Lake Off-road park. it is only 30 min from the park, and a few minutes to downtown Ludington. They have great trailer parking, and good prices. The pool was very nice. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
The people at the Nova were extremely nice and accommodating. They were booked and made room for us. Clean room with new flooring, offered beach towels for the pool instead of just standard size and had fresh coffee ready at 6 am- great little place- will stay again!!
The Air Conditioning and WIFI didn’t work well. The room felt humid and musty. The curtain rod fell off the wall. The man at the front desk was very kind and friendly though.
The owner is wonderful and super helpful! The outdoor pool and hot tub were super clean and fun! The hotel is outdated but we had a blast! Would stay again!!
USStaff was nice
Had to switch rooms because the first room they gave us had cock roaches. Showed the staff how bad they were. I lifted the TV and they ran everywhere. I was able to get another room bc it was midnight and I had no where else to stay but the 2nd room seemed clean with no bugs. But I didnt sleep well thinking about it.
The exterior is rough due to age, but the room was clean and bed comfortable. Staff very friendly and allowed early check-in. Important to know that the room is basic. No frills but the price is right for the area and season.
USThe pool
There was to much deodorizer spray in the room. The mirrors were washed down ,left with a film on them. The smell was the worst.
Shower water changes immediately to hot to cold n vice versa. No hair dryer. Not enough plug sockets for charging. No glass or cup provided. Hanging area of clothes wrong place on d head part of bed which touches head when in bed
Run down. No internet and no hot water. Poor lighting in the room and a shower i chose not to use.
