DB Botique and Cabins

This is a total scam. NOTHING listed in the amenities is true. Tried calling the phone listed online and they denied it was them. This place should be shut down! Had a milk house heater in one of the rooms. Had to run a cord across the room to hook up cpap! Lamps didn’t have bulbs. No top sheet!

Do not stay here. Its not a real place

Property was horrible. Very loud as walls were paper thin. Room was disgusting. Curtains didnt cover the window so street light shined thru all night. Knats all over the room. Leftover food in fridge. No heat or air control. Some sort of vent had plastic wrap on it vs being plugged up. Would not recommend staying here.

Property lacks general upkeep and maintenance. Carpet was filthy. Bed so soft you would roll off the edge if you got too close. Small room space heater for room heat while old dilapidated heater remains taking up space. Black out curtains stapled to window frame. Owner should use the overpriced room rental to put back into fixing up his property. No lamp on night stand.

Advertising was false, property was run down, filthy and overbooked. Though we had advance reservation, they stuck in in an off site hole of a “cabin” which should be condemned. Worst experience ever -

The room didn’t match the pictures provided by Expedia, lighting sockets broken, could not lock entry door had to lock from inside (unsafe) very crowded parking.

NO "4 restaurants onsite" NO slippers or newspaper NO free breakfast or "dinner with reservations" No bathtubs NO cafe NO valet parking WiFi didn't work in my room No "foof/beverage credit" NO blankets - they called a cheap, thin bedspread a "blanket" TV tiny and remote didn't work well Deadbolt did not lock from outside WHAT "mountain view"? Room FILTHY - dust, cobwebs, dead bugs, chipped paint Pros: Receptionist tried her best.to explain deficiencies, Beds reasonably comfortable Avoid at all costs, until they complete supposedly scheduled upgrades

Per overbooking la camera che avevamo prenotato non c’era più. Al suo posto ci hanno proposto una minuscola stanza singola con un piccolo letto in una baracca con ingresso comune con un’altra stanza, sporca, raccapricciante. Non potevamo starci in due, per cui fortunatamente ci hanno attivato il rimborso. Tutta la struttura era vecchia tipo lunga baracca

No ac no working desk lamp, everything was old or broken. No place to sit.
