Rooms were updated, clean & comfortable !! Cabana outside for cooking-out was nice. Staff was knowledge about the area

We liked the fact the room had a microwave & refrigerator, also that the front desk was professional and friendly. But we didnt like the old smell in the room and the beds & carpet wasn't too clean & towels didn't smell fresh. There was no iron in the room we had to ask for it. Staff knocked on the door & just walked in so that was rude we was still in the room in bed.

Rooms had recently been redone and were very clean.

The nearest restaurant was 2 miles away… Not really within walking distance, and we didn’t have a car. The complementary breakfast was pretty sparse, just bananas and packaged pastries and coffee.

They were rude. Somehow managed to charge more then booking offer.

Pictures on line were obviously altered. Our room was in the middle of being updated as only part of the door was painted. Behind the bathroom door was dirt and long strands of dark hair. We all have blonde and/or short hair. “Breakfast was prepackaged snack cakes and u palatable coffee. The beds were decent and the AC worked, but we had to ask for a working remote and a luggage holder.

For what I spent, it was very nice.

When trying to book 3 rooms in KY, for whatever reason, the site I was on, sent my reservations to Lincoln, IL I called the hotel right away and was told they couldn’t do anything about it and to call secure booking directly. (Which I did.) The gentleman man I talked to said he would speak to the Hotel in Lincoln and since it was a computer error there shouldn’t be a problem. Well obviously there was a problem because I was charged for three rooms for one night. If this problem cannot be resolved, I will no longer use secure.booking.com as a favored booking site.
