The McKey

This is my second time staying at the McKey in Valdosta. This hotel is so much better than the chain hotels available here. We walked to a restaurant and to a brewery from the hotel, and the room is big enough that we were able to play board games. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This was our second trip to the McKey and both times were great. This time we experienced the ice machine was not working properly.

You come here to experience the town! Restored/repurposed bulding turned into a lovely hotel in the "main strett" district of town allow you to walk to restaurants and enjoy the happenings in town. Very spacious, confortable and clean rooms. Rooms are not numbered but named, add a desrving touch of B&B to the stay. Worth the detour off the interstate to slow down and relax!

We loved the room. It was very clean. The amenities were plentiful. If you forgot something at home, all you had to do was go in the hallway and get it from the station located there. The bathroom was clean and nice. Plenty of hot water. The staff was very friendly. Parking was on the street. We enjoyed our stay at The McKey.
