AC Hotel Lansing University Area

Even thing was great, other than the parking. No mention anywhere, ither than parking available. $20 a night to park.

The rooms are nice and up to date with current architecture. A property that finally got rid of carpet in the rooms. Beds are a little rough on the back. Staff is very nice and helpful, however, they are way overworked and spread thin. That’s a shame as this property has great potential to be spectacular. No hot tub. Small pool. But pool is heated. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. $17/adult and $8/child and wasn’t even acceptable for a free continental breakfast. My family paid and, (here’s the part the boiled my blood even further than it was already from the pathetic spread) others did NOT pay as there’s no one at the door monitoring anything. People just come in and got stuff and went back to their room and never paid. I know because I heard some in there talking about it that they didn’t pay when someone else who did pay said they paid. The $20/night parking fee is ridiculous as well. $28/night for valet. All in all, when I come back to the area, I will look at others rather than AC Hotel.

Convenient location for the event we were in Lansing for. Clean hotel, friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again.

This as probably the most comfortable and quitest hotel we have ever stayed at. The only issue we had is that they charged us for the room and didnt tell us what we were paying for. We had already paid on hotels.com, so now we have to wait 3 days to get reimbursed for something we should have never been charged for.

Valet was missing his frontal lobe and couldn't explain the process. Absolutely ridiculous, expensive and frivolous process of parking with a 3rd party app. Front desk lady was rude, condescending, wouldn't make eye contact and didn't explain the energy efficient card to turn the lights on and made the check in process 15 minutes longer because she couldn't find my Marriot Bonvoy # and just looked away like "well....sorry, you're not in the system" (odd considering I paid a portion of my room with points.. No closet, no microwave, no bags in the trash cans, tiny frig, bare minimum for towels, and overpriced breakfast. At least the pool was operative

What il like most about my stay is how polite the staff are. They provides excellent customer service. I like the cleanliness of the entire hotel. I'm in love.

Great stay at a lovely hotel.

Stayed for a game at MSU. Very walkable to Campus and downtown in January. Parking overnight in big lot next door ($20/day). Nice and new. Easy to get out after the game.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the AC hotel I had one incident my heart they tried how to fix it, but couldn’t so they accommodated me with another room
