AC Hotel Lansing University Area

Nice clean hotel. Quiet, well maintained. They do not have free parking so has to be street parking

Lights come on automatically based on motion which is annoying when you have a family in the room and someone gets up during night for restroom. There was also a blinking light on smoke detector. And only three towels in room when we’d made a reservation for four (a pet peeve of mine). That said it’s clean and staff was friendly.

Nice hotel. Stayed for one night only so I can’t speak in detail. Is clean and modern.

The new hotel complex in between Downtown Lansing and East Lansing provides comfort, convenience, and access to the best Mid-Michigan has to offer.

It’s close to msu. Convenient location. Don’t expect a superior service.

The outfoor seating with fire table was very cozy.

Large comfortable rooms and great food options.

Great, new property. I really loved it. The only downer was the check in process- the woman who assisted us seemed really unwelcoming and unhappy. It's a shame as our experience could have been perfect if she was more customer focused.
