The room and facility at large was very clean. The non-traditional check-in was a bit confusing as the emailed directions indicated a door on the rear of the building. The door in question is actually on the side of the building. Staff who were closing down the related bistro ended up letting me enter through the closed restaurant.

Not sure who messed up but did not receive check in instructions until time of check in, not 24 hours in advance as documented. Spent >45 awful minutes on the phone with Expedia trying to sort it out instead of enjoying our stay in Roanoke.

"Noisy "

Really load music from across the street made our stay difficult. Front desk was of little help. Had to call police to get the noise stopped after 2100
