I loved the western theme and the grounds were beautifully appointed with nice landscaping.

Stopped here on our way home from Portland. Friendly, welcoming staff. Went to nearly establishments and also extremely friendly and welcoming. I thought it would just be a random stop on a long drive home, but I cannot wait to come back.

Great location, could not ask for anything more from a hotel.

Lots of good choices in the buffet breakfast; The decor is really beautiful; beds are super comfy; the staff are really nice; there is a nice park in Madras for morning walks and a playground, sunsets are spectacular

There is not a lot to do in Madras but it's a great home base to visit Bend, Ka-ne-ta resort; and explore the surrounding landscape

It was very clean and I loved the decor and attention to detail! Staff were very kind and helpful!

Clean, easy access off highway and comfortable stay

Breakfast room on 3rd floor was odd

Beyond beautiful hotel at a spectacular rate! I wonderful staff and outstanding room, I highly recommend!

Lovely breakfast, better than most hotels. Very nice breakfast area with option to sit outside in warm weather.
