Villa Graziadio Executive Center at Pepperdine University

Older but clean very comfortable bed. Challenging to find.

Who would've known this property was available! Not to mention the views from here are breathtaking. A beautiful place to relax, take in the views, and read a good book. My room wasn't bad. I would've rather the ocean-view though, but it's ok. There were many outdoor benches and tables for me to sit and enjoy.

Cleanliness

Wish they had king beds. The towels were the most luxurious I've ever had in a hotel. The real glasses and mugs was nice instead of plastic cups that I encountered elsewhere nearby.

Great views. Very, very limited food options nearby.

Had a great experience, nice and quiet, very safe area

This hotel is part of a university. It's quiet, a lovely, well appointed room with a great view of the ocean from high above. There is no restaurant, lobby shops,etc., but you can buy a water or snack and the college has a nearby cafeteria. It's a short drive down the hill into Malibu with plenty of options. It's half the price of other Malibu hotels. It's a find.
