"The room was nice, but we had to pay for it at the front desk addition to already paying for it on B"

Staff was very helpful

We received a confirmation and code, but the Inn received nothing from Booking .com. While we waited on the phone in front of the manager who spoke with Booking.com the reservation could not be confirmed with the Inn. Booking rep. then informed us they could not connect with the Inn. All untrue and then they left us on hold until the line disconnected. about 20 minutes.
