"Great property, great staff, excellent location"

Rooms are clean, well appointed and spacious. Excellent hotel room design. Front desk staff is exceptionally helpful and detailed. Lobby bar — a welcoming, well-attended space. Conference rooms are comfortable easily located and flexible, Hotel has walkable access to the entire Plaza retail and restaurant development. All around excellent property in a great location.

Front desk had zero personality, didn’t tell where anything was or anything about amenities. Room was nice, didn’t like that you had to use parking garage, it was tight.

"Beautiful hotel, poor checkout service "

The location, view, and modern design were excellent, and the front desk on my first night was very courteous. But at checkout, I was told I’d have to pay $30 for just a one-hour late checkout (11:00 AM to noon) and the staff insisted there was no flexibility. After decades of travel, I’ve never encountered such a rigid “nickel-and-dime” policy for something so small. It left a negative impression and overshadowed what could have been a great stay.

I want to express my gratitude to the girl at the reception, unfortunately I don't remember her name. She solved all our problems! We consider her the best in the service industry in America! She is top! As is the hotel!
