USUSUSUSThe only thing that I liked about the property is that everything was located nearby. Stores and restaurants close.
When I first arrived no one was in the office and the check in time are 3pm-7pm I arrived around 5:30pm. I called the property number multiple times with no answer. The lady finally comes from the back and she was on FaceTime with AirPods in talking on the phone. I got told when I arrive that this property the lady told me this was an extended stay and that people live there and has been living there for 10+ years. On the site it doesn’t say this anywhere or I would have booked elsewhere. The look of the property wasn’t up to par. This is not a hotel/Motel. I went down to the office the same day I arrived and asked for new towels and washcloths because the ones that we had were not clean and had hair all throughout the towels and washcloths. She told me “no you’ll keep the same cloths the entire stay until it’s time for you to check out because they don’t exchange/ switch out towels or washcloths.” So I had to go out my way to purchase some. I also asked for an extra pillow and she said “Normally our customers just go out and buy their own pillow” so I did just that. The floors need to be mopped. This place is very unprofessional overall. I wasn’t comfortable. I do not recommend.

It was filthy. Smelled of smoke. Was NOT like the pictures. If i could rate this lower I would. We went here for a military graduation. Completely terrible. We were unable to even stay in this hotel. We had to pay for a full weekend in another hotel after we were unable to stay here. We were promised refunds due to our 5 year old having asthma and being completely unable to sleep in the rooms we paid for... didn’t receive those. Roaches & Bedbugs. If you want to go home with more than what you brought with you, this is the place for you. However, the Comfort Inn was lovely and only $20 more than this place AND they offer breakfast and no critters. Don’t expect them to answer your calls after you complain. Remodeled but not exterminated. SCAM.
