"Hidden charges, bad water and bad coffee."

Clean modern room

Tap water terrible. Only provided 2 small bottled water. Not happy with $15 parking fee when there is plenty of parking in the garage. In room coffee set up is really bad. Quality of brewer, coffee and cream sugar is terrible. The fact that you don't provide cleaning service everyday is not normal. It is a cheap way to save money, you are a hotel, service the room daily like a real hotel.

This is a newer hotel and it shows — everything is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable, with a spacious and stylish bathroom that feels upscale. Housekeeping keeps everything spotless, and the atmosphere throughout is fresh and welcoming. The location is great, with several nice restaurants just a 2-minute walk away. While the hotel does offer breakfast, it’s limited and overpriced compared to the many better options within a 2-minute drive. The only real drawback is the $15/day parking fee, which feels unnecessary given the area. Overall, I had a great stay and would happily return. With just a few tweaks to the breakfast and parking policies, it would easily be a five-star experience.

The courtyard was very nice and relaxing.

The door to our room in 406 kept getting stuck to where we couldn’t open it with the key. Had maintenance replace the battery but don’t think that was the problem. The lock from the inside kept falling down to the lock position and we were having issues getting in the room. Other than that we enjoyed our stay

Quiet, clean, staff 👍. Good night sleep. Clean sheets. Comfy pillows. Easy check in. Elevator issues, but staff was all over this and had it working within the day. I would highly recommend. I would stay at this property again.

Didn’t refresh the towels at all. Asked for new towels and took them almost 30 min to get them for us. Was placed on the first floor and asked to move to a different room because we were in a handicapped room and they were unable to accommodate a move.
