Was a run down property.

Room had holes in bathroom wall, only beds in room, no table, no sitting chairs. Had to ask for a chair to it in. Had to ask for coffee pot. Pillows were filled with chunks of pillow foam. Old property in desperate need of repair. No continental breakfast, coke machine, washer not working...no dryer, not sure if Had an ice machine. Soap was the size of mints....clerk said we should have booked with hin...his price was $65 with included taxes. I paid $70.90 thru you. Clerk was forein, but very pleasant...you should not offer booking here, it is a dump and brings your credibility down !

I booked a room but arrived at the location to tell me that they didn’t have rooms available.

The property charged me through Expedia for a room, and once I made it the manager said they were full. Expedia does not allow a refund for the hotel even though I did not get to stay! 😔😡
