En plena renovación no apto para estar recibiendo clientes a quedarse en los momentos, hubiese sabido que esta es la situación nunca me hubiese quedado acá. Y se supone que expedía sabia al respecto. Muy decepcionada

The only reason for the 4 star on Condition is they are doing repairs to sections of the hotel. Also, the gates that surround the pool area and outside smoking area/fir pit CANNOT be accessed from the parking lot with your room key. Otherwise, clean, well appointed rooms! I could easily stay or live in one for a longer stay.

The staff was warm and friendly. Very accomodating and the price was affordable.

TV volume did not work. Called front desk, no answer. Got dressed, went to front desk, 3 employees standing there talking. Why not answering phone? Later that evening, a very loud and ongoing domestic dispute on my floor. Again no answer at front desk but this time I was afraid to leave my room. Had to endure the fighting and door slamming. Never heard any security intervene. I was scared.

Rooms are clean, nice kitchenette.

I had to cut my trip short due to illness and the cancellation was handled to my satisfaction.

Great comfortable beds and kitchen was well equipped

Great stay. Walls are thin. You can hear everything, but not a big deal. Ill be back. Liked the full kitchen.

some of the worst customer service I've ever received. I asked for a room closer to the elevator because of a disability when I checked down. I came back 3 PM and they had not located another room as they had. I had to wait around for another hour until the room was available.

Property was ok, but nothing that made me say to myself I need to stay here again. Only one elevator worked. Parts of the wall were missing on the second floor. My room was next to stairs and people ran up and down and were so loud in it for hours late every night until early in the morning. The worst part was the asst manager who checked me in. I hope she was only having a bad day or off day, because her attitude was certainly not one that should be in the hospitality or customer service business.
