Very nice

Staff members were very helpful and accommodating. We had six families coming from different states, who stayed in your property. Our flight delays caused a lot of anxiety.

Make sure you bring extra towels, blankets, and pillows if you need. They provide the bare minimum and claim they don’t have any extra.

La estadía fue justo lo que necesitaba mientras visitaba el Mayo Clinic. El lugar es cómodo, tranquilo y contar con cocinita fue ideal para mi rutina durante esos días. Todo estaba limpio y bien equipado. Lo recomendaría sin dudar para quienes buscan una opción práctica y agradable en Jacksonville.

My go to place to stay. Clean. Full kitchen which I love. No complaints at all. Price was right as well

The hotel was clean, quiet, and the staff was friendly. It was close to our venue as well as stores and places to eat.

Employees should be more respectful and provide better service to customers. We arrived at 3:30 to check in as we called earlier in the day and was told our room would be ready at 3:00. When we arrived we were greeting with frustrated employees complaining that they were understaffed and the manager herself was cleaning and inspecting 42 rooms. She said we would have to come back later to check in and couldn’t provide a time the room would be ready. We were in town for a surprise party and after driving 4 hours we had no where to get ready. They didn’t apologize or try to accommodate us in any way, instead we were forced to leave. We returned at 8:30 and once we finally got to our room we discovered there were no towels in the room. We went down to the reception to request towels as the phone in the room wasn’t working. When we requested towels the front desk receptionist let out a loud sigh and Che k the time on her watch complaining her shift couldn’t over sooner. We then proceeded to try and get a coffee from the coffee machine which had an error message stating the grinds need to be removed. We asked for help and was told we had to wait until 11:00 pm for them to maintain the machine. The entire experience was awful. Hospitality as the hotel DOES NOT exist.
