Blood on blanket. Requested a new one there wasn’t any available. Broken door in bathroom. Wasn’t able to have privacy from other guest with us.

This is amazing place. Friendly and professional staff. Clean rooms. Kitchen in the room and grills outside. All necessary provided to feel like at home. Never experienced something like this. Price very good.

When we arrived we were honestly impressed by the initial opening of the door to our suite. But after entering and looking around we noticed a lot of issues. A bundle of dark hair was found on the kitchen island, coasters were also dirty. I had requested for an extra set of linens, towels & 2 toothbrushes with a tube of toothpaste when I booked the suite. Toothbrush/toothpaste are offered on the website of the hotel; if requested. We had no extra linens, towels or any toothpaste or toothbrushes at all. So I went down to ask in person, I was then told they were out of stock so they couldn’t offer any to us. No prior notice. Towel holder located on the wall in the bathroom beside the mirror(right side) fell off the wall as I was drying my hands. The website also said the suites offered free bottled water, free toiletries however soap on the counter was the only thing offered, no water in sight other than from the sink. The suite did have toilet tissue and one roll of paper towels however they were both the very lowest quality possible. The shampoo was empty so instead of replacing it the hotel simply placed another bottle in the shower that had also already been opened so it just took up more space rather than filled a need. The suite did have space for clothes such as a closet however the rack in both hallway / living room area and bedroom space hung roughly 3 feet from the floor so I had to use the lamp beside the bed for my dress. Suite not acceptable for cost. No lotion,etc

We stay

FANTASTIC ! Quiet, clean and, comfortable. Staff was excellent and extremely accommodating. Pool was clean and, in great condition. Plenty of parking, even with a truck and trailer. This was our third time here and, where I will stay every time I am in Jacksonville. If I could find a reason to complain, it would be the loud a** motorcycles blasting down the highway at night behind the property.

I was amazed how helpful and friendly the staff was . Very clean establishment rooms were very beautiful.

The bathroom door did not close, the front door had a chunk missing where is locks and the had marks all over it
