Crater Lake Gateway - Hwy 140

The location was good and bathroom was decent.

There were a ton of ants in the room and woke up with 6 dead ants in the bed from them crawling on us while we slept. Ed was way to firm , it was a memory foam mattress but was like sleeping on cement.

Very noisy all night and filled with a strong, unpleasant scent. I couldn’t rest well.

The room was clean, newly updated and had a very comfortable bed. I read some reviews that talked about concerns with the doors loving ability. The room has been updated so that in addition to a digital lock, the door has an additional lock.

The location is good, right on the way to Crater Lake National Park and super close, so you can head out early in the morning. It’s pretty much the only option around here, which worked out well for our short stopover.

The room had a strange perfume or some kind of scent that was really overpowering, almost stinging our eyes. There was no ventilation, and the odd smell kept me up all night. To top it off, the power went out for two hours while we were showering. Luckily, there was still hot water, but it was really inconvenient. Thankfully, the power came back on later. One tip: make sure to eat before you arrive, as there’s absolutely nothing around here after dark.

Helpful staff. Quiet location.

Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was very nice.

Fit my needs for the short stay (1 night) that I had. Room was equipped with nice smart TV and mini-fridge convenient for storing food/drinks. Bed had extra blanket for comfort.

Bathroom wasn't the cleanest, there was hair in the shower and on the floor of the bathroom. Sound insulation was not great, stayed on the bottom floor and could hear the people above me whenever they moved or opened their door along with the somewhat busy highway. AC/Heat unit was very loud and woke me up through the night.
