"Very basic but the best price I could find"

It has a little kitchenette with a full-size fridge, plug-in burners, and a toaster but nothing to cook or eat with like pans, plates, or utensils. There’s also an attached laundromat. They take pets. Good if you’re just passing through.

My room on the first floor looked right out onto the street so I had to keep the curtains closed. It’s very basic, not even pictures on the walls.

There was nothing to like about this stay because we were never checked in, assisted, or accommodated. When we arrived, the property was dark, the lobby lights were off, and no staff was present. Since requesting a refund, the hotel has ignored all inquiries, messages, and calls. What we would have liked was simply the ability to stay at the hotel we paid for and receive basic customer service on arrival. Since none of that was provided, our only expectation now is a full refund and immediate resolution.

We were unable to stay at the hotel. When we arrived, the lobby was completely unattended, the lights were off, and no staff were present to check us in or assist us. We requested a refund immediately. Since then, we have received no response to any of our inquiries. The hotel staff has not responded to our messages, calls, or refund request at all. We expect a full refund for the reservation due to failure to provide access, service, or accommodations as paid for. Please issue our refund without further delay.
