Loyalty Inn Charlotte Airport

My wife is driving my mom up North with my son and daughter. So we booked this place because it was on the way up that was needed to go.The place was mess. Roaches everywhere, rooms weren't cleaned, bedding dirt, paint pealing, patches on the wall. And I'm sure the list goes on.

My wife went to the hospital they were very caring and they still gave us a month afterwards we're going to continue to stay here it's a great place

Didn't get to stay in the room Andy refund was denied. Rooms are filthy, they have an order , some rooms without AC

I like the the rate I think it can be cleaned up and that'll be great we might go back there in a couple weeks and pay them up for the month I don't know

This place was a last-minute selection, but I don't recommend anyone stay here until they get it cleaned up. For $66 a night, I got to sleep with plenty of roaches and their families, there were roaches carrying baby roaches on their back. Carpet, bedding, curtains, and mattresses were all mildewed and the showers don't work. The sheets never got replaced, and the rooms never vacuumed or properly cleaned. If I could have gotten another hotel, I would have but I was running low on cash since I'm just moving into the area. Stay At Your Own Risk.

No remote for TV and no microwave. Room dirty

Do not go to this property ,it is a war zone.If you can't find anywhere else ,sleep in your car.Drug dealing and prostitution going on,shooting every night or week.Stay at your own risk. Staff only care about getting your money and not your safety.Should be closed down for good

Advantages: 1. Cheap 2. Convenient to arrive from the highway. 3. Free parking space 4. Free Wifi 5. Clean the bed blanket and shower towel 6. TV, Microwave, and refrigerator Disadvantages: 1. The carpet needs to be cleaned or changed new carpet. I think this is a big problem. 2. I saw one cockroach. 3. At first, the faucet was out of order in the bathroom, so I could not take a shower. They asked the maintenance to fix it, so I could take a shower after he fixed it. 4. At 4 am, someone was talking and knocked on my door. I asked who it was, but no one answered, 5. one light bulb was out of order. 6. Although this was a non-smoking sign, I still could smell smoke in my room.

I knew this place was cheap, so I wasn't expecting anything fancy, but even for cheap places, this was BAD. The room was generally grimy and the heat wasn't working (HVAC was softly blowing cool air—not good on a 30-degree night) leaving the best option of heating my room being to leave the shower on as hot as possible with the bathroom door open. Additionally, my non-smoking room had definitely been smoked in and the comforter on the bed had at least two holes that appeared to be from cigarette burns. The curtains were also very dirty with mystery substances. Walls and doors were paper-thin as well, which given the strikingly sketchy-at-best clientele, it was very frustrating. I could clearly hear arguments in the adjacent room and outside, including one waking me up at 3 a.m. I can handle a lot in cheap hotels, but this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Under no circumstances will I stay here again

Worst place ever !! I want a refund. The room was dirty and towels were all Over the bathroom floor. The two people working the front desk really hate their job. They did not want to help at all. The man was in a rush to leave and the lady took 2 hours to bring towels to the room. The hot water worked but NO cold water. When we told her she could not care less. Would not recommend this place to anyone. I wish I could get my money back was not worth $70 for one night. Don’t stay here.
