Motif Nashville's Hotel on Music Row

I am still frustrated with the response from the hotel and booking.com with regards to my $250 deposit not being returned due to damage. As stated there is no proof the damage was from my room . The photo evidence damage was a hand towel that had black marks on it . The bed sheet had a spillage and I am being accused of damage. The hotel stated this was identified on the 3rd day of my 7 day stay but on check out no mention of this and my deposit would be put back in my account. Booking.com customer service are not replying to my complaints and i don't want the case closing. I want my money back but there is no one at the hotel or booking.com willing to resolve. I have asked for evidence that the towel and sheet was from my room but none provided. I have asked for evidence on the wash done to remove the marks but nothing. i have asked for the cost of the hand towel and the cost of the sheet which cant be more than £20 but no response. that is if the damage they say s from me so if the items cost £20 why have they kept my $250. My next step is to put on trip advisor with the pictures I have with the feedback from the hotel and booking.com to stop this ocuring to other people. Reading trip advisor it looks like this con has been done with other people one stating there was an issue with the washing machine but they didn't even use the washing machine. Big big con

Lack of communication and no legitimate reason for why my $250 deposit has not been returned. No way of escalating or speaking to anyone about the issue. No update on checking out to they were keeping my deposit they stated I would receive in 3 days when I chased up they went back to day 3 of my 7 day trip showing pictures of a dirty towel and bed sheet and are keeping £250. Absolute disgusting behavior from the hotel and booki.com in supporting the hotel on this

Location was great. Only a 30 min walk to the centre which I loved. The rooms are clean, pool is amazing. The in house coffee bar is a great addition as well.

Staff very helpful. Location was ok. If going to Broadway area for us too far to walk. Used Uber. Quite cheap. So not a problem.

Nothing we did not like. Had couple of issues. 1. Fuse blew in one of bedrooms. Fixed quite quickly. 2. AC stopped working. I guess because of when it failed(Friday night) there was nobody available to fix it. We had to cope all weekend without AC. Still not fixed when we left on Monday.

75 dollars par nuit par animal domestique, je pense que c'est limite de l'exploitation .

Location was fabulous! Clean and spacious suites.

It was clean, quiet, and beautiful.
