The room I had reserved was not available when I arrived. Our flight was delayed and I called twice that day to update our arrival time. I was told the room would be held as it would be before 11pm. Was only given an excuse that house keeping had not cleaned the room and people we checked into dirty room and had to be given other rooms. As they mentioned that the were full and could not accommodate and also I was charged the same price as the 2 room suite. I did speak to the front desk and they said it was the same price. I will be calling today to speak to a supervisor as I was not going to try and settle it with the front desk.

Exceptionally clean. Loved the breakfast. They gave us early check in, very generous!

Just a bit more pricey than we are use to. We were just a bit sad cuz the pool wasn't ready yet, but we understood.

Our grandkids live in TN and our granddaughter was graduating. First time we stayed here and was greatly impressed. Large room, extra clean, big breakfast and great customer service. Hopefully we get discounts to come back again to enjoy the pool area.

The hotel is very nice. Very clean and most of the staff were excellent. The only negatives were that breakfast items are not replenished well and restocked and the pillows on the beds were not very good and extremely flat. The housekeeping staff was excellent.

Size

The hotel was clean, the room had great amenities, i.e., real dinnerware, flatware, glasses, cups, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Conveniently located.

No dislikes.

My husband frequently travels to Tennessee on business and I have started coming with him on his longer trips. I have been very impressed with the level of service and hospitality at this particular hotel on many of my trips there. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home. One particular manager/front desk clerk always remembers that I have to limit my caffeine intake and makes sure that the breakfast staff has a ready supply of decaffeinated coffee for me during my stay. I greatly appreciate that and other special touches, including a toaster in the room and a cooktop and skillet that they have available upon request for people like me who have medical dietary restrictions and usually have to eat in rather than dining out when travelling. The cleaning staff are wonderful and are quick to provide whatever you need, from more facial wipes to extra decaffeinated coffee for your room. I would highly recommend this hotel as having the best amenities in a welcoming environment with super friendly and hospitable staff.

Most exceptional experience. Friendly greeters in Kass Arlen and Harrison. Cleanest rooms one could ever desire and every need is meet with a smile from Tami, Leanne, Nelson and Ashley.
