Would like bigger towels and more than 2 pillows and more lighting.

This is basic. No frills. The a/c unit in Room 102 is crazy; no automatic control. Turn it on and it goes to 60 degrees unless you manually turn it off. There is a function to set the temperature, but it was on 60 and couldn’t be reset.

I was charged 3 differ by times for the same reservation and no one would listen and look at what they had done to fix it they acted as if it would fix itself- 4 weeks later nothing is fixed and now its to late to prove anything - crappy customer service front desk is terrible

Awesome hotel to spend the night with friends and family. Nice staff and rooms are amazingly clean! Definitely recommend.
