"Poor managers at this IKG location."

Poor management at this IKG hotel. There was a fight going on in one of the rooms close to me throughout the night and I notified the front desk. The following morning I asked for a credit for the night stay with no sleep and the manager said she would get that done. Three weeks later no credit was issued and I had to elevate the case to IHG corporate to get something done. Management here only offers lip service and I would not allow this group to manage a Seven Eleven. Stay clear!

The property exceeded my expectations. I loved my room and the comfort of the bed. Thanks for a great stay!

Parking was hard to find, but it was a busy weekend with Cyclone football. I am sure on a normal weekend, this would not be an issue at all.

This is our second time staying at this hotel in Ankeny, Iowa. The first time there were few people staying at the hotel. This time there were many more people, but the hotel room was still quiet and very nice. The hotel room is very roomy compared to many other hotels. The bed is comfortable. Very comfortable.
