Sam was very friendly, professional and provided excellent customer service which is hard to find these day. Very Clean Beautiful Property, Upscale with all the Amenities you would like and more. Reasonable rate, excellent breakfast and food was delicious.

This hotel was amazing for our family’s trip. We used the shuttle service for the airport and cruise port which was very convenient. Sam at the front desk went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. We will be back!

Dia the manger was awesome and very accommodating with our large party. KC, Iraq and Nicole were who were at the front desk were also amazing they made our stay that much better with their great personalities. Their shuttle service was perfect and in time for the airport and cruise transfers. The rooms were clean and lobby was inviting. First time I've stayed there and I will be back every time I come to Jacksonville.
