I had such a great experience here!! Everything was so clean and comfortable and Lindsey really made the dining experience feel like home!

Nice staff, clean rooms and Sam was a pleasure to work with when checking out. I would stay at a Tru again if I needed too. Not a bad week at all.

Lindsy stood out above the rest of the staff for being courteous and respectful. Would tell friends and coworkers to come to the hotel and enjoy the breakfast crowd

Very clean and efficient. Just what you need for a near airport stay. Breakfast was very nice for the price. Good clean rooms.

We stayed two nights this past week and enjoyed our stay. The pluses: new and clean, decent size room, decent breakfast, convenient location, and plenty of outlets (a real problem in some properties.) We even liked that the hallways were daylit, with windows at the ends of the halls and by the elevators. I do have a few quibbles, none of which are major deal breakers. We both hated the body wash because it did not wash off. Is it because the water is hard there? I don't know. Also (perhaps due to the body wash,) the shower floor was very slippery. I lowered the danger by placing a towel on the floor of the shower, but not an ideal solution. The water pressure in the sink was very weak, perhaps the restrictor was too restrictive? Lastly, the thermostat was difficult to control, often too hot or too cold. Once I upped the temp just two degrees and the heat came on in June in Florida! We noticed upon check-in that the thermo was set way down by the chambermaid; now I know why. Overall, we liked the place and the Tru product. I would gladly choose it again.

There were no coffee pots in the room, no microwave and no safe.
