"I am very disappointed"

The person at the front desk was very unprofessional. I had a lot of questions about payment and he couldn’t even answer one. I spent 2 1/2 hours driving around to try to get a prepaid card and he couldn’t even tell me what pre-K prepaid card would be accepted after putting money on Chime after putting money in my Apple Pay to later on having to just buy a Walmart prepaid card and he could not help me out to guide me in how to pay so my check-in was super Late. He was very unhelpful and it was a bad experience I had with this hotel

I liked that the facility is well kept, it felt, looked & smelled clean

I did not like the girl with purplish streaks in her hair It felt as if we were bothering her when we had a question and/ or concern. She could at least put on a fake smile & be friendly.

"Very comfortable and enjoyable"

The cleanliness, design and location of the disabled room was fantastic. The staff were wonderful and very friendly. They helped me out when I couldn’t manage a heavy load and my cane by myself. I had a terrific stay overall.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the ADA room was only designed for someone in a wheelchair, but not necessarily elders with disabilities. I couldn’t get out of the almost on the floor bed, and there were no chairs with arms. It would be better to have an ADA room that supports a variety of abled persons.
