We booked a suite for our family, 2 adults and 2 kids ages 1 and 4. This property advertised a pull out couch for our four y/o. The 'pull out' couch was actually a couch that unfolds so the bed is the underside of the couch. I don't know how to describe it, but it was like laying down on a piece of plywood with a couple of 2 by 4s in the middle and sides covered by a thin layer of upholstery. It was wildly uncomfortable. The bedding that was available to make up the bed was in a plastic bag and it was soaking wet. There was no bottom sheet, because the pullout couch didn't have a mattress that you could put a sheet on. The staff eventually brought us dry bedding. Our other big gripe was that the pool didn't open until 10:00 am. Our son was really looking forward to swimming so while we could have brought him at 8:00 when he woke up we instead had to wait around until it opened. Just strange hours, there was no staff manning the pool at ten, just like there likely wouldn't be at eight. The placard in our room stated that check out was at noon, so we didn't rush back from the pool but the front desk called at 11:30 to let us know that check out was at 11:00, when we explained they were very gracious. I don't usually write reviews, but all in all this hotel was pretty pricey and we booked it so that our son could have a separate sleeping space. The 2nd bed was so uncomfortable that i thought it was worth sharing to sve other families traveling the hassle.
I checked into this place tonight. I’m paying over $1,500 for 5 night stay in a one king bedroom suite that sleeps 4. Two people would sleep in the bed but where are the other 2 people supposed to sleep because it is absolutely inhumane to expect 2 people to sleep on this pathetic dirty behind sofa bed. How dare you. I have NEVER in all of my 66 years ever had to endure anything like this. $1,500 is highway robbery and I am mad 😡 😡😡😡😡 hurt and disgusted. DO NOT STAY HERE. Andddd it’s on the damn floor. How am I supposed to get down there🤬I am 66 years old
