The breakfast bar was excellent, and the staff was very accommodating.

Apon arrival we were told our room wasn't ready, was asked to come back in about an hour. When I came back I was told I was over book by the website and that the room I initally reserved a month prior was not avaliable so I was put in another room. Once we got our room there was hair all over the bathroom still like someone didn't wipe down and a used hand towel hining by on the curtain rod. Then the following day we come back from lunch and there was a toilet bowl brush just hanging outside the elevator door on the 4th floor.

Generally clean and well kept up. This time couple stains on room carpet and dents in bathroom wall. Shower showing it's age. Bed very good. Footfalls from room above loud. Main problem for me is coffee makers are gone from rooms. You have to go to main floor and wait with everyone else to brew a cup which takes several minutes. Small serving station and very clumsy for so many people trying to access it.
