Rates were better

I wish they advertised bring your own soap, shampoo, etc. Also, the room had a plugged toilet right when we showed up. We were told to come get a plugger. It was not a fun experience.

I reserved & when I arrived at 130am, I was not greeted, front desk person would not stop what she was doing on computer to acknowledge me. I waited 3-4 min after working all nite. I paid 108.91. I then had to go to car at 3am to get my ibuprofen & was locked out of room, key card did not work. I could not get anyone to come to desk, I rang bell twice, could not get out of lobby, key card didn't work. Finally someone let me to elevator area and I went and found clerk, I asked to have key fixed, she WOULD NOT stop wiping washing machine down. I finally said I NEED MY KEY FIXED. She told me to wait & I said NO! I PAID $109 AND I WILL NOT WAIT. She stopped and came & rekeyed my card, but actually asked if I had the card by my cell phone. Putting the blame on customer, really.

I thought breakfast was provided but there was not breakfast, coffee was the only thing available.

The walls were pretty thin between the rooms.
