"Overnight stay for Mom's ER visit"

Close to where I needed to go the next day.

Checked in around 11:00 P.M., front desk clerk had some minor issues with printer and the system, took longer than normal. Once in the room, I heard a noise (medium) tapping nearby. If I wasn't so tired, I would have changed rooms.

For the price, it was excellent. The staff, the atmosphere, the ease of getting around town, it was great, problem free, and quite pleasant from beginning to end.

I have no complaints. It was beyond what I expected.

"After that it was fine."

Location and price was great.

One of the workers tried to walk right in without a knock. Was surprised to see that I was in MY ROOM. They then said oh I’m sorry it says this room was empty. That was super unnerving and unorganized. Please do better to keep room lists updated.
