Pictures looked nice. Has been updated somewhat. Big negative was the heat and air, needed updating and cleaning. Smelled bad when on.

Budget friendly and clean. We will stay again at this property if in the area again.

Very dirty lits of homeless around did not look like the pictures on the websites smelled bad did not feel safe.

It seemed the only clean thing in my hotel room was the sheets

Bathroom toilet leaking everywhere, walls were not good internet didnt work

the extended stay pricing and the overall conditions. was there 3 years ago and again last week-- it was like I never left --consistency is the name of the game. I love the idea that no matter how long I am away, that I know what to expect and am not disappointed. congrats to you and your staff I give a 100 out of 10. Thank you for making mine and my wife's stay extremely pleasurable. We will not even consider anywhere else. Thank your staff again from the Peters family.

The staff were pleasant and were dealt a bad hand having to run such a decrepit facility.

Did not end up staying for our reservation. Showed up and expected it to be a little run down based on the age but it was far worse than expected. The entire facility was unclean, reeked of smoke and mildew. Doors were broken. The original room assigned to us had not been cleaned since the prior guest and it wasn’t the only one. The front desk person had to take a master key and search for a vacant “clean” room. When she finally found one and took us to it, it was supposedly a nonsmoking room but reeked of smoke. The staff response was “it’s not smoke, it’s just old and musty” like that is okay. There were no elevators in the building which was tolerable for me, but 2 elderly women were left to carry all of their luggage up 2 flights of stairs and ended up failing on the stairs in the process. No response from staff who watched it happen and I ended up carting their luggage upstairs for them.
