Everything was perfect, except for the service of the man at the front desk — he was not welcoming at all.

The best of the best excellent

From the moment we arrived, the attention was first class. The staff was friendly, helpful and always willing to help. The room was spotless, very comfortable and well equipped. The included breakfast was delicious, with variety and good quality.

Breakfast left something to be desired! The bathroom needed a better cleaning.

Not that impressed by this stay as overall there were a few concerning items. My room had a floor baseboard that fell down, the pool was cloudy and cool despite it being August, and there were mildew/mold spots in a few places throughout the hotel. What was excellent was the fitness center, employees were nice and helpful, and breakfast was good. This was my first experience at an avid hotel so I'll likely only use them if I can't find any better options in the future.
